How to order

1. Are you placing an order for the first time?

Placing an order with Yau.ro is easy. There is no need to create an account first; you may create it when you place your first order online

Here are the steps you need to make to place an order on our website.

• 1. Find the items you want.
• 2. Click on the item you want. Go with the mouse over the picture and you will see the item's description. In the lower left corner of the description page you will see the "add to cart" button.
• 3. Just add the items you want to purchase to your shopping basket by clicking "add to cart".
  • you will find your shopping cart on the upper left corner of the screen
  • you can see your items by clicking again on the button "shopping cart"

2. The Shopping Basket

• If you want to modify your "shopping cart", you can
• • delete one/many item(s) by clicking on the "delete" button
  • or modify the quantity
• Then, click "update"
• You can continue shopping by adding more items selecting them from the left menu
• Once you have decided that the items and the quantities you have added to your shopping cart are the ones you want click "place order"

3. Placing your order

• click on the button "place order"
• if you already have an account you will be asked to sign in (use your email address and the password you provided when you first registered)
• if you do not have an account, create one now. Please click on the button "Register account" from the upper left side of the screen.
• Sign in, access your shopping cart and press "place order".
• We will contact you in maximum 24 hours to confirm your order.
