Delivery options and fees:
Free delivery: If your order is above 350 RON and the parcel weighs up to 3 kgs, the delivery is free
For orders below 250 RON weighing up to 3 kgs:
The delivery price for parcels over 3 kg will be confirmed by email or by phone and it depends on the packets' weight and size.
If your address is not part of the courier's delivery area we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery for an alternative delivery fee.
If you are not home when the courier arrives, he will notify you about the way in which you can receive your order. Yau Concept assumes no liability in case you fail to receive the courier's message/notice.
Nevertheless, if there are problems with the delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to sort them out for you in due time.
